Q2: The WiFi connection failed; what can I do?
A2: Please check the WiFi connection precautions:
(1) After the WiFi connection is successful, a prompt may pop up saying, "The current WiFi network cannot be connected. Do you want to switch to another network?" Please click "Cancel"; otherwise, the WiFi will be disconnected.
(2) When the battery is too low, or the phone is more than 10 meters away from the robot, the WiFi may be automatically disconnected, or the display may freeze.
(3) If your phone system is iOS 14 or later, when you enter the operation page of FPV mode, a window requesting local network permission will pop up. Please click "Allow".
(4) Please check whether you have switched the upload-cam mode switch to the cam position. Please restart the robot to check the problem.
(5) Please pay attention when connecting to WiFi within the application. If you switch to another application and return to the EleRobot application, it will need to reconnect to WiFi. This is the design by our software engineers.
After power-on, if the red indicator light on the camera module is always on, it means that the connection is successful.
