I have a circular 10ft pool which accumulates leaves and small black bits - pollen? Product arrived in a box smaller than I expected. Built it up - easily - instructions were good. Disconnected water spray from my hose and connected to pool cleaner. Turned on tap and hey presto bag filled out, filled up and debris disappeared from the bottom of the pool. Still not quite sure how it works but it does. Unbelievable value too.

It does work, not great but some of that is down to what water pressure you have.Got this to get the bits out of the bottom of a LayZspa after the kids have been in. As LayZspa's are round, it is not really possible to get all of the bits that collect round the edges. If I had better water pressure then it might just get those bits, maybe.The frustrating part...The hose connection - maybe it is just the type that I have on my garden hose (hozelock) but they do not fit onto this vacuum. Not a major thing aside you have to change the fitting on your hose each time you want to use it. The supplied fitting will also not grip a standard hozelock gun or sprinkler either so you cannot seemingly use it for anything else. Don’t lose or break the fitting or you may need to get a new vac.

The media could not be loaded. If your expecting an increadible but of kit that will clean a proper swimming pool spotless like the pool guy does on tick tok then I'm afraid you will be disappointed.If however, like me, you only want to be able to keep the framed paddling pool clean and also accept at this price it's not going to be perfect then this is def the product for you!!!It does a good job, we do have decent mains water pressure which may make the difference. It does fit/work with my hose lock connectors however it does occasionally coming loose and losing suction if I move the hose but I have found the knack (push hose on tight and hold hose still to pole with some slack).I think trying to use it on a really shallow paddling pool would be difficult too so this product is ideal for the framed paddling pools and small frame pools prob from six foot up to the 14foot ones with at least a good 2+ foot depth of water! Hope this helps!

Been reading a load of these types of products lately not wanting to spend over £100 on a cleaner I use (maybe) twice a year on a very large above ground pool as the electronic brush versions also have horrific reviews . Though I thought I’d give this a test, but omg! Surprise-surprise what a waste of time, as per most Bolo products these days. best I can say is you’re better off cleaning the pool with your own tongue and teeth as the ‘science’ / hose behind this in the uk is as about as powerful as a chihuahua’s fart. Personally I’d save your money and either invest in a suction vacuum (well over what your normally willing to spend for a above ground pool) though they are pricey to run, or empty the damn thing and pay the dollar for the water refill….

I don’t often leave reviews, but I think some here are a little misleading, so hope this helps.This is a low cost option for removing grass, grit and bugs from the floor of a stand-alone pool. It has reasonable suction for what it is but it won’t suddenly clean the floor of the pool like an indoor hoover might on your carpet. It needs to be submersed in water, connected to your hose, with the hose turned on before a vacuum is created to lift the debris. If there is no water in your pool/spa, yes, it will squirt out water as that was not how it works. If you go slowly and move the brush round the pool under the water, it will clear the floor. But it’s not a quick fix, and you will need to be diligent. Pictures show the debris lifted during a 10 minute sweep of our 10ft pool. For the price, you can’t expect it to do the hard work for you. Well worth the money if you have the time.

There's a review on here which is quite hilarious, complaining that fine dirt particles aren't picked up. It'll pick up everything but it's only going to hold back what the net can contain (obviously!). For fine particles and sand, I stuffed some kids tights inside, and another pair over the outlet, and then the bag it came with on top of that. Dirt and sand etc sticks to the tights. Hardly rocket science.My only issue with this is that the nozzle requires alarming force to get the hose on and off.

The quick release connector is handy. It comes with two bags: one with fine mesh and one with regular mesh. However, the fine mesh is smaller than the regular one, so you can only use one bag at a time. The regular net catches everything well enough for me not to need the fine net.Unfortunately, the pole does not pivot; the angle is set. But if you're ok with that, this little pool vacuum works great! I use it for my outside pond. I haven't tried it in the hot tub yet, but I can imagine it would work just as well.

It honestly works very well. However it is too short to operate in a pool without being in the pool.I would like a product where I can attach the pole from the leaf skimmer to gain added reach on those chilly days and winter.
