If you like chocolate then you must taste this chocolate spread but the beauty is, it’s only 14 calories per teaspoon & sugar-free. It’s a pure decadent & guilt free treat. I absolutely love it! Once I had discovered the 'Sweet Freedom' range of syrups, chocolate shots, and of course the choc pots I was hooked. Especially when I was pre-diabetic and attempting to get away from that diagnosis, these were brilliant, and I decided to keep using them. So much better than any other supermarket chocolate spread and natural sugars from the fruit as opposed to sugar or sweeteners in other brands. So so worth it and highly recommended to help people who are pre-diabetic or type 1 diabetic.

Bought this because supermarket chocolate spreads were getting expensive for dairy-free versions. We are a vegan family and wanted something that could be used on pancakes amongst other things and thought that it would be handy having several in the cupboard.It's more like a very thick chocolate sauce and it's really sweet. One of my kids likes it, the other not as keen, but will eat it. It's more akin to dark chocolate and almost like the sauce that is put into sundaes in a restaurant. You really do not need a lot, so it lasts an incredibly long time and is therefore pretty cost-effective.We have it on pancakes, waffles, toast, in coffee to make a mocha, in shakes. It's pretty versatile, but maybe try one before purchasing a pack of 6 and don't expect it to be like a typical chocolate spread.

I was a little worried this might be too sweet or fake tasting but its actually really good. Its closer to a dark chocolate spread so if you don’t like that its probably not for you. I have it with oat cakes and as a dip for fruit. Really rate it.

I prefer the hazelnut version the chocolate tastes artificially sweet, taste I find a little bland just a hit of sweetness but not much depth to the flavour but good value for money.
