Great little hair trimmer and very effective at getting into all those awkward areas that are hard to reach !Feels robust and well made and definitely worth the money so highly recommended if you are looking for an efficient, reasonable priced trimmer.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been using an NE3850 for about the past three months, to replace an older model which I'd had for years and that had had the motor burn out. The NE3850 did a decent enough job.Unfortunately, the impossibly tiny retaining pin holding the vertical head together has fallen out and I've been unable to find it. The motor still runs, and I can still use the rotary head without any problems - but the whole reason I had a trimmer in the first place was to attempt to tame my eyebrows, which the vertical head was ideal for. I'm having trouble finding replacement heads for sale anywhere, and I'd rather not buy *another* device so soon.Maybe I got a bad one, but I am hesitant to recommend this.

"I recently grabbed this grooming kit, and I must say, it's mostly done the trick! It’s versatile with multiple attachments, making eyebrow and ear trimming straightforward. The twin-sided blade feels robust, giving a clean cut with minimal effort. I particularly appreciate how easy it is to clean; the crocodile clip design is quite clever. My husband’s eyebrows and nose hairs are neatly trimmed now, and he enjoys using this handy tool. The device is lightweight and ergonomically designed, which makes handling it a breeze.However, a couple of things could be better. It does not come with a rechargeable option nor a protective cap for the head – two features I'd love to see in future versions. Keeping an eye on battery life can be a bit tiresome as it doesn’t come with a cable. Despite these few shortcomings, it’s a solid piece of kit for under a tenner. Certainly worth the buy!"

The trimmer packaging was sealed but trimmers 4 and 5 were missing. I have read that other customers have had the same problem. Star rating based on the incomplete packaging, I never had chance to use the product.Update: I have spoken to Remington, Model Nano Series NE 3870 had trimmers 4 & 5 (this model now discontinued). Model NE 3850 doesn't have trimmers 4 & 5. The video shows the trimmers 4 & 5 included so should be updated. I have read a review 1* where a guy has had 2 deliveries from Bolo saying the trimmers were missing and returned the item. He should be advised.
