The purpose of it uses to cook dishes (ie nice jolloff rice) for Christmas or party events.It did enhance the taste to ahigher level.

I use a lot of Badia flavouring, so it's handy to have a UK stockist and I can avoid a lot of import taxes!This works really well with Chicken, fish, Paneer and Tofu - probably more but that's about as far as I've got to date. It does as you would expect, give it a rotisserie style flavour.Go easy when using it though, as all Badia mixes tend to be on the salty side.
