Just what I ordered

This is the second pair I have bought for two different bikes, because it was easier to buy on line rather than go into the bike shop. They are cheap to buy, but take a lot of bedding in. The first set are ok now, but it took weeks for the noise to subside and the pads are probably half worn down already. The second set sound like sandpaper on the rotors. I cleaned everything, with a damp cloth prior to fitting so I'm pretty sure there is no dirt or oil on the pads or rotors but they are still noisy. I'm sure they will bed in eventually but it will take time. I'll probably buy some better quality ones next time. Also they are over packaged. I've bought rings in worse packaging.

They seem quite decent pads and fit my Shimano MT500 calipers nicely. I haven't taken for a ride yet so can't comment on the stopping ability. The only reason for writing a review was to say that my pads fell out as the split pin failed. So I bought these as replacements, but they come with no split pin! These are so cheap to supply and you are not supposed to reuse, so it would have been nice to get 2 replacements. Now I have to go to my local bike shop and beg for a split pin!

Good performance, silent
These pads seem to be performing really well in my case. I'm using them with TRP HY/RD HD-C711 calipers, meaning mechanically actuated hydraulic brakes. The rest of my braking system consists of Tektro TR-22 160 rotors, Jagwire Road Pro Brake cabling and Claris ST-R2000 STI levers.The pads are silent and provide a lot of stopping power in a combination with the mentioned components. Can lock up my wheels easily if I don't pay attention to lever pull.

I'm pretty sure I have tried about 5 different sets of pads. From resin Shimano, to metallic tektro, and various other brands of brakes. I have purchased two sets of these and I love them. Great stopping power, and quiet. I even road them down China Peak, CA. They worked without any issues.
Awesome for the price, or any price
Using on a 2017 Giant TCX-SLR2 cross bike with TRP Spyre brakes. My opinion is that these pads are better than the oem’s at a much better price point. I have nothing bad to say and I will buy these again. I agonized for days over brand and brake pad composition and settled on these and I am completely satisfied. I gravel ride in mountainous areas where the roads are covered with stone and very fine dust that coats everything. No issues whatsoever with braking power with the entire bike coated in fine dust going down long steep descents. No noise either, just good solid braking. Will buy again.
