Have purchased this twice and the first bag was spot on, beautifully fine almond flour which made melt in the mouth cookies as well as other baked goods. The second bag was a lot grainier and I'll obviously still use it, but it has the consistency almost of fine dessicated coconut when eating. Having read reviews for other almond flour products, this could just be the nature of it.

Farina acquistata dopo molte ricerche per cucinare panini keto. Risultato eccellente! Personalmente mescolo una confezione da 1 kg con una confezione di mandorle macinate acquistate al supermercato, per dare "granulosità" al pane e... abbattere il costo al kg della farina ;-) Ottimo prodotto, consigliatissimo.
