It was well packed, two big heavy boxes, the delivery team were excellent and very helpful. It’s really comfy and the table is a good size and sturdy. Can’t really complain for the price. If I could change anything at all, perhaps a higher back, but honestly it’s great value and very nice.

Clear precise instructions, easy to follow, it arrived in two large boxes and took me 3-4 hours to assemble by myselfInteresting point, the nuts, bolts and washers, were precise, with NOT one too many or too less !Highly recommended and extremely comfortableVery sturdy and looks greatBig bonus was the Cover which I was not expecting and is of very high quality

Perfect, just what we were looking for. Comfortable, good size and quick delivery (next day). Very pleased.Everything was in the packages, nothing missing at all, simple instructions, husband completed this on his own in an hour or two.Looks lovely, sturdy and cushion thickness were padded nicely and fitted well in the seat.Bench and stool cushions fitted nicely with secure fasteners which means they won't keep slipping off. Bonus that it came with a cover which fits nicely over the top of it all. Would recommend. Thank-you!Delivery drivers were super friendly and helpful too!

After reading a lot of reviews about how difficult this is to assemble, I set aside an entire day to build it. So here’s my thoughts -Yes it’s a bit fiddly to build and requires several nuts and bolts as you would expect for a furniture set of this. I used a Allen key socket on my screw driver which made the process 10 times easier - building this with the bog standard Allen key supplied would be hell! So buy one of these if you don’t already have one - you will save yourself a lot of time and sore hands! I built this entirely by myself (yes I am female) and it took me 3 hours in total but I did take quite a lot of breaks so can be done in less. I have no idea how weatherproof it is yet but the free cover seems like good quality. The rattan is thin and probably won’t last long if you go near it with heels or let any children stand on it but this is by far the cheapest furniture set of this size that I have found (and I’ve spent a long time looking!) so for the money you can’t really expect top quality. With that in mind I would definitelysay this is a great buy! And it’s very comfy! If you like to change up your furniture regularly (like I do) then this set and the price is perfect.

10 seater with table, No issues putting it together all the holes seemed to line up nicely unlike what some of the other reviews have said, nice and sturdy comfortable to.No damage packaging seemed pretty good instructions aren’t great but they never are. Came with a cover to which I didn’t expect as they can be quite pricey haven't tried the cover yet but looks to be pretty good quality.

This is a really lovely set. Good quality and comfortable. It also comes with a cover. We used the installation service which I would highly recommend as they had it up in an hour and took all the rubbish away!

Unfortunately a poor for quality of cushions for this price you’d be expecting much better. The cushions came with the white stripes/scratches all over them due to them being folded. Some parts were missing too. I tried to contact customer service for a partial refund but only return is available. It took us 3 hours to assemble so it is a shame we go to return it now. The rattan is fine just the cushions are really bad
