This is the first time I have brought msm. I did alot of research and found out the wonderful benefits of msm. So I wanted to buy some, because I have painful arthritis in my left hip. And other aches and pains. I've had this pain for about a year and a half and I'm 47 years old. I've only been taking the msm for about one week, so I need to leave it longer to see if it helps. It looks like little crystals, which is good. I've heard about the horrible taste, but I mix mine in a little pure orange juice and drink it quickly and it doesnt taste that bad. But it's best to mix it in a little juice, so that if you dont like the taste, then you haven't got that much to drink and you can always drink alot more fluid after, as I've heard you need to drink plenty of water while taking it. I started off taking 1/8 of a teaspoon. Only a small amount, because I heard of some side effects that people have had and I wanted to see how my body reacts. And I've built it up slowly to half a teaspoon. I think it made me a little tired a first. Other than that, Ive been alright taking it. I really hope in time I notice the benefits other people have. Also even though I like to read reviews, I never know weather to trust them ? And I never leave reviews, so finally I'm writing a review.

At the moment I don’t know how well it works cause I’ve only been taking it for a few days b it honestly it tastes like some nasty medicine no matter what drink it’s in tastes like dirty ass no other side effects so far haven’t really noticed anything but gonna keep taking it anyways cause I want hair growth so it better be worth it

I was excited it came fast and all because I live on the other side of the planet. Wrapped nicely & all...BUT....opened it up to find its just HALF a bottle only.

Great product at a great price. I use it daily in my coffee and it does not change the flavor. I used to have painful knees, but now they no longer hurt. It is basically sulfur, an organic element necessary for health.
