Delivery of this item wasn't without its problems. I originally ordered it on 13th November with an estimated delivery date of 6 December. The 6th December came and went so a week later following Bolo guidance I contacted the seller and waited 48 hours without any joy. I then contacted Bolo directly and they swung into action very quickly and contacted the seller on my behalf. Within 12 hours the seller had contacted me and an express delivery of a replacement item was put in place which arrived as promised 5 days later. The problem clearly was with the carrier but in all fairness once the wheels started turning the issue was sorted promptly and efficiently.This coffee maker is dispatched from Germany but is shipped with the UK market in mind. It has a UK 3 pin plug, the markings on the machine are in English and it comes with multi lingual instructions (including English).The coffee maker is larger than I thought but is a nice addition to my kitchen. (Photo attached). It sits comfortably under my kichen unit however I do need to pull it out from underneath the upper cupboards to fill it as there isn't enough gap for the lid to open. Also as I am on the shorter side I do need to stand on tip toe to see the markers contained within the water tank which shows the level of the water. I have found it easier to measure out my water in a measuring jug and then pour it in........the spout on a measuring jug is an easier option for filling the machine as I have found the spout on the coffee jug does splash the water everywhere. Howevever it does pour the coffee into the cup without a problem and there is no drip which I have had on previous machines.If you read the instructions it is a straightforward set up to make coffee and I like the mode where you can make a smaller amount of coffee. The coffee also tastes very good.

Looks good, makes the best coffee! Two years in and still going strong. I have saved so much money by making coffee at home - takeaway coffee is just not as good as this machine!

Been using this unit on a daily basis. To be honest I cannot fault it. Okay if I'm being picky cleaning could have been a bit easier but that is all. One button press to get silky smooth fresh coffee. We use proper sized coffee cups so you need to double up. If you fill the line to eight cups, it makes four to five cups.

I was very disappointed after purchasing this item (which I am returning) after reading all the positive reviews. This set my expectations for it to be an excellent product.To be a balanced review, I would first like to say that it is reasonably good value for money. It looks as pictured, so in design it is lovely and compliments the kitchen space and great that there is a choice of colours, with options to purchase matching kitchen appliances. The function of it is simple and easy to follow with good clear instructions.I am returning it because it came with a surface scratch, which some might think I am being overly fussy, but if I am buying something new, I would not expect any scratches. It also condensed water down the back of the machine when running water through it in preparation of use.The plastic used inside the filter space is very thin and cheap to the look and feel. The filter looks and feels like it will break upon washing it after use. So I would not have been confident that this would not need replacing after only a few uses....This is a shame as other than this, it would have a lovely coffee machine. I would prefer to pay a little more for better quality in this area. So realistically speaking, if you are looking for a coffee machine that is good value, looks the part, is compact and practical for the kitchen space available then this would be a good purchase. But bear in mind that the filter component could be more robust to ensure longevity, reducing the need to replace often. Note, I doubt they all arrive with a scratch, these things happen so please do not let that put you off.

Beautiful coffee maker that matches my other kitchen gadgets. It makes excellent coffee and I like having the choice of three strengths. It keeps the coffee nice and hot for 45 mins, then it beeps and the heating plate switches itself off. You can easily switch it back on again with the press of a button. There is also a timer which is useful for those who want their coffee ready at a certain time every morning before going to work. It has a nice big jug so there is plenty for everyone.At first I was a little concerned about the steam that rises in front of the buttons and clock, I thought that may impair the functioning of these over time. However, this is resolved by not tightly closing the lid of the machine which allows the steam to escape from the top.Even though I ran plain water through the machine twice before use as directed in the instructions, there was still a slight taste of plastic with the first brew. This did not happen with further use and was undetectable by the second brew.It’s a lovely coffee maker.
