Fitted my Perlator V taps perfectly and stopped the drip. Found these valves very easy to replace, especially with the little key. I'd never mended a dripping tap before as I usually get a man in to do it but thought eh how hard could it be? And it saved me a fortune in the end as didn't have to pay any plumbers to do it... also they arrived the very next day after purchase, superfast delivery as standard. Thank you. Caz

I had already replaced my tap cartridge with a generic one from a dIY store which worked ok.This time I ordered from Bolo Tapspare, it was the correct cartridge for my make of tap. Its perfect. Great delivery. Great price. Will now order the hot one before its starts to leak!

Who leaves feedback about tap spares? Me apparently! Less than two years after having a Howdens kitchen fitted our Garda Tap began to leak constantly. I've fitted too many ceramic cartridges over the years to know that you need the right cartridge size, depth, spindle length and number of splines in order for everything to fit fine.... that and having the perfect size, tiny allen key to undo the well hidden grub screw that secures the tap handle. Well this kit has almost everthing you need to replace the valve easily.My cartridge needs a 17mm spanner, but, the cartridge is so deeply recessed and covered by the body of the tap, I need to buy a long 17mm socket for my socket set as my standard one couldn't reach so deep. Once I'd done, this, it was easy to isolate the water to the two flexible hoses that feed the tap; remove the two grub screws and then use my new, long 17mm socket to loosen and remove one cartridge at a time. Warning, get a towel under the cartridge as you loosen it as a surprising amount of water is in the stem of the tap.The nicest part about the job, the valve cartridges were exactly the right size, with a new seal ring already fitted, with the right size spline and number of teeth etc - all fitted perfectly. A very quick job with the right tools. I've taped the little allen key to the underside of my sink for next time I need it.

This was exactly what was needed to stop my tap dripping. My son did a fantastic job sorting the tap out and saved me having to buy a new one. I wouldn’t try and do this job myself but it is well worth getting the kit and then getting an expert to sort things out. Arrived promptly and was well packaged.
