Feels like I'm at the spa with this steamer. The only problem is you need to find the right surface for it when using it on your hair since you can't adjust it. Luckily I had a chair that could be made higher/lower. I'm not sure that I'm using it right for my hair as it makes it very Frizzy! But it's great for facial steaming.

When i received the parcel it was wrapped in what it looked like cling flim on the outside of the box which was a horrible sight, secondly, the steamer was so tight in the box that it was very hard to take out without damaging the box packaging, this needs to be sought properly, thirdly the hood does not cover the whole head, you would need to either stand up or pull yourself close up to steamer for your hair to get some treatment which would result in a neckache the neck part that connects to the stand is too short. It states in the description that you can stand or sit, it is not my ideal of standing for long periods. If there was a long nozzle that would make a great difference.Lastly, if you are going to purchase this item please check the postage for the parcel.A great disappointment!!!

I dont like that the picture on the box is not the product in the box. Trying to find the product on Google that is advertised on the box and it shows a different steaming machine

The media could not be loaded. Acquisto ottimo, lo consiglio vivamente. Inoltre suggerisco di aggiungere delle gocce di olio essenziale direttamente nell'acqua per rendere più gradevole l'odore del vapore, perché mettendole sul filtrino purtroppo non si sentono.Funziona benissimo ed è pratico.

Acquistato per ridurre i tempi di applicazione dell' hennè sono assolutamente soddisfatta del prodotto. Con una posa di 40 minuti sotto il casco sono riuscita ad ottenere risultati che prima richiedevano 3 o 4 ore di attesa con il fango in testa.
