The tablets contain all essential minerals and vitamins, and some extra ones, such as Biotin. I found that these smell, but they do not have any aftertaste. Just swallow with water. I feel better, and my energy levels have gone up. I recommend it for everyone, as it’s dirt cheap, and quality.

Brilliant tablet and very good value for money. Only criticism is the taste and that awful smell when you open the tub. Best way around the problems is to leave a weeks supply out in open for 48 hours and then smell and taste weaken significantly

I thought they were good value but I have to hold my breath when opening the jar as the smell is really bad and it radiates and lingers, even after closing the lid. I can only describe it as 'eggy' and very unpleasant. I wouldn't buy again because of this.

Buenas pastillas , equilibrio vitamínico

Llevo desde diciembre de 2017 usándolas , así que aquí os dejo mis impresiones .Para empezar yo las tomo despues de comer de lunes a viernes y dependiendo del desgaste que tenga durante el día de trabajo por ejemplo si una mañana no he tenido mucho desgaste físico o mental pues no me la tomo .Excluyó los fines de semana porque no trabajo y no es necesario ese suplemneto de másPorque hago esto? Porque sino como con todo el cuerpo se acostumbra y deja de ser tan efectiva .He probado varios complejos vitamínicos y se ha de vigilar con el abuso o bien hacer descansos de 1 mes cada 3 meses etcQue he notado desde que las tomo?Pues mejora en las digestiones (menos gases , menos pesadez , etc), menos fatigas durante la tarde y más energía ,al acabar el día no llego a casa echo un saco de boxeo .Así que en conclusión si no abusas de ellas te dan esea energía extra o ese equilibrio extra que te ayuda a acabar el día.
