Worked great, feels great and love the different power levels.However, after 3 weeks of use, the 'power' button has come loose, peeling back so the spring is visable which is pretty poor considering the price.

Wanted to treat ourselves with a small gift, thought of a simple massager would be a nice addition to the home. No regrets whatsoever, and would highly recommend anyone having doubts to purchase one.We have been using it everyday since. It has 5 levels of strength - 4 is what we normally go for as 5 is too intense for us. But i can imagine if you have ailments and need a hard foot massage that level 5 would be what you’d need.There is a built in heating mechanism too, also an air compressing function which is excellent. A motoring sound runs when it’s on but it won’t disturb you whilst watching TV (only the very first time you use it as you’d never heard it before).Customer service has been excellent too.

Bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. She loves it. The first order was lost. After much effort getting through the Bolo return/refund system, I finally got to the Miko store. They were VERY helpful and sent me a second unit. Naturally, both the new and the lost unit showed up on the same day. I suspect the first order was hiding in the FedEx truck or distribution center. Miko quickly sent me a return shipping label. Throughout this mess, Miko Customer Service was excellent.The foot massager is a fine product and my girlfriend loves it. Her only minor complaint is the magnetic remote holder is not strong enough, so the remote became a cat toy and must be stored elsewhere.I plan on buying another one again next Christmas for my sister.
