I was sent a whole crate of milk that was faulty. Perhaps a bad batch or stored incorrectly in warehouse. It was split, had chunks in. Really bad. I had given half a bottle to my baby before I realised. As it’s a premade milk it was only visible when poured away. I checked various bottles in the crates. All the same.Used this milk for months. This is not how is is supposed to be.So much more care should be given when it’s products for tiny babies! Not a happy customer. I would give zero stars if I could

Ordered this product thinking it would be worth the money, opened the bottle and all the milk is curdled and off so tried a different packet thinking it might be just the odd bottle and every single bottle is the same, so I've just paid for 24 bottles of off baby milk.DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT luckily coming home with a newborn and thinking these would help me out so glad I had got powdered milk otherwise I would be without milk and have a hungry baby!

Milk had totally curdled or had large bits of plastic floating in it. I opened 3bottles just to check and they were all defective, what a waste I cannot feed any of this to my baby. Waste of money. Rather buy from a different retailer because I bought from the pharmacy and it was totally fine.

Made my 10 week old really sick and he came out with a rash all over his body pretty much straight after drinking it. No idea how they store this product but definitely shouldn't be consumed. Also has a very short shelf life. Would not recommend. Tried to upload a photo of my babies nasty rash after drinking this product but Bolo won't allow it. Dodgy to say the least!

Please avoid buying Cow and gate 24 bottle pack! Every single ready made bottle has curdled leaving my 10 week old with sickness and diarrhoea. I gave my newborn 3 bottles last night he threw up but I put it down to having a cold.This morning he has had an upset stomach and threw up again I went to open another bottle to keep him hydrated (doctors advice after calling them) to find the formula curdled I opened another 2 bottles the same.Of course you cannot return the formula so I suggest if you are in the same boat to contact Bolo directly they were very useful! and trading standards.

Using this milk today and as you can see in the pictures the milk has all gone off, well within date so must be a storage issue in the warehouse.This is unacceptable!

Bought this milk with a date of May 2023 on it. Clearly it’s gone off! Extremely lumpy and my baby had been sick with it. Only noticed the lumps after the first bottle. Bolo won’t provide a refund on item either!
