As new except no instructions so I got those off the net. There are a few don'ts with these things. Max 2-3 min in one area, not over arteries, bones and not on your neck or head at all, on legs work upwards not downwards, don't press hard and stop immediately if any pain at all. As long as you observe those basics this is very good.In fact it feels SO good at first that it is almost impossible to not over-use it. I have had 2 or 3 short sessions a day so far (total about 10-15 min) and as the vibrating heads fit either side of the spine, running it up your back carefully and gently is a wonderful sensation. It also has red plastic heads which you put on for the 'heat' setting but as other reviews have noted, that doesn't really work.As I got this at a big discount I am very pleased so far. Going to be careful with it.

What an atrocious product! Don’t bother purchasing. First one only last 3 months. I purchased two replacements, neither worked and were defective. I won’t be ordering again. Cheap rubbish.

Have been using these for years. Great for working out tight muscles after sleeping funny. I’ve also used it on my neck when I’ve had a headache caused by tension and it’s honestly a life saver.The long handle means you can use if yourself 9 times out of 10 meaning you can reach your back without help.The heat setting isn’t too noticeable but I’d recommend it anyway. I don’t need to use it often but when I do it’s an incredible difference.

I have a seat/back and a strap neck massager- they are good but this is even better (you can reach over shoulders) Very effective percussive massage. Its surprisingly easy to treat yourself - no need to press down or stuggle to reach at all - with the long handle you can easily reach over the back of shoulders and the weight of the massage head gives a deep massage; even with my arthitic fingers I can hold the massager in place very comfortably. I agree with other reviews - I can't get it to heat, but its still a great success.

I was recommended this exact model by my Chiropractor who has used one for years. The massage functions well and I have seen some health improvements. It is quite heavy which might not suit everyone but it is reassuringly robust.My only complaint is that is does not heat up at all - I sent the first one back because of this 'fault' however the replacement is the same. Judging by other reviewers comments many people have suffered the same issue.For the money I would recommend this product just don't expect it to heat up.

This product is definitely worth the money. It is really well made, very strong and reliable. It will get to places you can't and it won't tire out your hands trying to massage your muscles. A few minutes of the massager on my shoulders at the end of the day has really improved the pain and tension I get regularly and can't always work out from just stretching. If the balls could be adjusted to be closer or farther apart, if that was possible, it would be incredible.

Très pratique pour le dos avec son long manche, et le reste du corps aussi bien sûr. Attention, livré avec une prise anglaise, il faut donc commander l' adaptateur français, donc une étoile en moins pour cela. Sinon, hautement recommandé !
