It really slows down the game and allows the player to hone in those skills without having to rush around with a normal squash ball. Very durable too as some player have the urge to drive the ball to the back of the court.

Good beginner Squash balls for coaching - slightly bigger than the blue dot and much bouncier making it better for coaching kids, especially those that are in the 4-6 age bracket as the balls are much bigger than the junior squash balls, which make them easier to see and hit for the younger kids.
