    Excellent quality, easy to take and definitely making a big difference to my well-being. I suffer from insomnia, and wake up all through the night.     Nel corso del tempo, una carenza di vitamina B12 o di acido folico può provocare anemia macrocitica, una condizione clinica caratterizzata dalla produzione di un minor numero di globuli rossi ma di dimensioni maggiori e con una ridotta capacità di trasporto dell'ossigeno.Quando mi fanno le analisi del sangue risulto sempre anemica x carenza di vitamina B, adesso ho provato queste compresse a un buon prezzo, nn sono tanti giorni che le sto assumendo, ma devo dire che ho già un po di energia in più e poi per aver notato fin da subito un miglioramento del mio umore, gli lascio 5 stelle, spero che poi le analisi confermino che queste sono vitamine in compresse di qualità!

    Il prodotto è di buona qualità e la vitamina B12 sta facendo il suo effetto, togliendomi di dosso quel senso perenne di stanchezza. Ho 63 anni, e da quando la prendo non ho più bisogno di riposare dopo pranzo. L'acido folico accompagna sinergicamente la B12 e fa il suo dovere. Insieme sono eccezionali per una buona forma fisica.
