Just mix, chill, and you’ve got a rich, creamy mousse that tastes like it came from a fancy dessert shop. Perfect for last-minute guests or late-night cravings. I bought this item three times, it is expensive but it does stretch out a lot as if making chocolate mousse with cream I use less chocolate powder than recommended on the packaging because we do not like it too chocolaty.Mousse can be made with milk but I have made some with cream tooIt is very good quality chocolate powder you can tell and it is not inexpensive and it is just as well it is good quality chocolate and tasty otherwise I would not keep buying it.

This was super simple to make in my kmix. This wasn’t powdery or grainy at all. Nor was it like the mousse you get in little yoghurt pots (more air than substance) Incredible taste and texture, like what you see on tv in the posh kitchens. But you cheated! If I remember right this made about 2 big ice cream tubs worth of mousse. It’s been a while so don’t quote me on that. We are a family of 5 and we used this bag twice and both times there was left overs for mousse the following day. You can whip a batch up and even freeze it! So it can be eaten as ice cream! Both delicious!

A bit bitter for my tastes. Tastes a lot like dark chocolate rather than mil chocolate. I used the instructions on the package and it was too bitter, so on the second attempt I used less powder and more milk which was better, but still a bit bitter. I think you could add some icing sugar to make it sweeter. The texture and the ease of making is superb though.

Outstanding product, that whips into litres of Chocy-licious Nirvana that is a fluffy velvet rich luxury chocolate mousse.Having tried a few other makes this Callebaut powder mousse in in a class of it's own. Food Heaven provide an exceptional service of well packaged, speedy delivery and contact you through out the transaction. I would recommend their service to everyone.5 Stars service with a 5 Star product.I made a 10inch chocolate cake today and covered it in this lovely mousse as you can see I have a hell of a lot left.

You get what you pay for and this is good quality stuff. A little goes a long way so one bag made a lot of chocolate mousses and mixed with orange zest great tartlets. There are cheaper products but this was lovely. No problems with delivery or packaging

Great value for money and after reading some of the customer reviews i used a large tub double cream with 4 tsp of the mousse mix and 1 tsp of icing sugar and it was a perfect blend and texture for a nice chocolate cake and it was yummy n light and fluffy even the cream mousse filling.

It’s the first time I bought this product, and I have to say I am impressed. I didn’t use the whole package at ones , the instructions are clear, so you can divide the amount as you need . I would suggest if you are not sure of how much you need to start with mixing just 200grams of the powder with milk and then if you need more to mix again, as the mixing time is really quick. The taste and consistency of tge ready mousse is amazing

Es ist außerdem unglaublich einfach zu machen. Ich empfehle es SEHR!
