Brilliant !!...bought it for my elderly mums birthday, the set up instruction are clear & easy to follow , the size is great ,I bought 10 inch , it's very sturdy & sleek ...lots of useful features on setting.....my mum absolutely loves this, she can't wait to get up & open the photos sent , really good when any of friends or family are away ...we can just send the photos , I sometimes edit the photo with a message before sending....in fact my mum watches her frame instead of the tv !! ...brilliant idea , great quality & customer service ,extremely happy 😊

A fantastic idea and it works perfectly. Syncing photos to the device is easy with the app, uploading photos is fine - don’t try to upload more than 10 at a time though as I tried to upload more after spending a good 30 mins going through my photo library for the app to crash. Really lovely gift

I LOVE this frame. I get to see all my family photos without having a ton of frames cluttering my home. The picture quality is great and the screen is a good size. Plenty of settings so you can have it paused on one image / change the speed of how quickly it flicks through. You can also set a timer for it to turn off/come on at set times. If you get the membership you can add quotes/videos etc.The app works great to upload and you also create an email address so whoever you share it with can send images to it also. I ended up buying another for my relatives.It's not the cheapest of frames but I prefer to go with reliable companies.

I’ve bought a few of these as gifts now – perfect for parents and grandparents.Setup is really simple, and the touchscreen makes it easy for less techy family members to use.The ability to send photos via email is brilliant and has made it really easy to keep everyone updated with new pics.Decent screen size and a crystal clear image quality.The downside is the freemium model. You have to pay extra for things like video playback, captions, and cloud features – which feels a bit cheeky considering the frame itself isn’t cheap. Would’ve liked a few of those features to be included by default.That said, as a basic photo frame it works great, and the simplicity is a big plus. Just be aware of the subscription if you want the full set of features.

I got the 10 inch frame and bought the subscription service. Extremely disappointed by both purchase. Here's what I thought:1. Frame is very poorly built, made of cheap plastic. Back looks bulky, not a very sleek design.2. The software is slow, clunky, and unintuitive. Reminds me of my old android phone from 15 years ago.3. No battery; the frame needs to be constantly connected to power, making it a trip-hazard.4. Simple capabilities like playing slideshows or videos is locked behind a pay-wall. So I bought their (very expensive) subscription service.5. You can't play a specific photo or album on the frame from the app. Playing a specific photo from the app isn't included as a feature; and while playing an album from the app is a feature, it does not work. Selecting 'play album on frame' bricks the device, at which point the frame needs to be restarted.6. You can turn on sleep mode from the app, but then you can't wake the frame from the app. So there is an OFF button on the remote but no ON button!! This is more hilarious than frustrating.For a steep £150 price-tag, the device is such a huge let-down. I bought the frame to remember my pet dog, but this product has ruined my efforts completely.

Very easy to set up and use. I use my iPad to link photos. I bought this frame without checking the size as I already have the larger skylight frame. In fact this frame is better fir my use as it can be mounted in portrait mode and is more effective in displaying my photographs.

Purchased for mother in law, mum, grandma who’s in a nursing home and one for ourselves.Everyone loves them and gets mesmerised watching the photos. The whole family contributes and sends selected photos to each others frames as we don’t all live close by.The kids especially love looking at the photos and we’ve found it a beautiful way to swap out some screen time, remember treasured memories and special family members no longer with us.This has been a great option for my grandma who’s in a an aged care facility and the minimal visitors and space. She loves that she can see the family growing even when we can’t always make the time to visit her she knows we’re thinking about her when we update her frame with a new round of pics. So special.10/10 recommend! The subscription option to include videos is also fun.Since the latest update the app is super easy to use and upload bulk photos at one time.

This was given as a gift to my mother and she absolutely loved it. I really like that I can also go in the app and get photos for myself as well. The application for the frame is so easy to use. You can add and remove pictures as much as you want. 10/10 and would recommend for a love one you don’t see very often.
