we experienced mouse problems in our garage when 2 sacks of grain were kept - they were eating through the polythene sacks. These galvanised bins allowed outside weatherproof storage of the grain, easy access and bin clips preventing them blowing off. The medium size bins easily takes a 25kg sack - an inexpensive means of solving our problems. Highly recommended.

I bought the 40L for bird food storage since I wanted something waterproof and that would not attract any rodents, it does the job well enough. Though it was slightly smaller then I imagined, it comfortabely holds 12 KG of birdseed but not much more. The bin is sturdy withstanding high winds, but it is not air tight if that is something you are in need of. It's easy to carry and move about (unless you have filled it with something heavy) and doesn't look a mess unlike plastic bags.Would happily recommend to anyone.

After mice chewed through a plastic container I used to store dog kibble in my shed I purchased this bin. Brilliant. No more mice getting to his food.

This bin is ideal for outside as it does have a secure lid and is easy to move with the handles. It looks good, is value for money and the medium size is more than adequate capacity for a small household.

It may not be as sturdy as the bins you could buy 50 years ago, but its probably about as good as you can get nowadays. Much better than plastic for storing pet food etc as plastic will be knawed and damaged by squirrels etc if kept outdoors, The lid stays on okay even in high winds and is waterproof.

I bought this after mice invaded my stock of sunflower seed. I suppose l was a bit sill to store it in plastic containers in my garage. I've learnt my lesson now though and this bin, along with a bungee cord over the lid for good measure, will hopefully solve the problem.

I only used this bin for 3 weeks when bottom fell out, it looked like it had rusted. Bin was used with bin bags and was used for domestic waste.The bin was perfect size for what I needed and where it had to be stored. And was a good price. Shame about it not lasting
