They aren’t too sweet or bitter and make excellent choc chip cookies, also melts well for putting into icing or toppings. They are also dairy free which is super useful. We love them. They're not as sweet as the top-brand bars of dark chocolate, but they're good enough to eat on their own.Their small size also makes them good to mix into assorted nuts and dried fruits to use as a trail mix. The only problem is that these mixes are usually too good and I eat more than I should.I tried a few other chocolate pieces. These were the tastiest and the most convenient for adding because of their size.I'll keep buying them unless I find anything even closer to the top brands.
