I first bought this cream last Winter, after getting some kind of eczema around my lips, spreading across my face a little - several visits to the doctor and multiple lotions, potions and steroids later had still not cured it and I had decided to give up and suffer. Then I just happened across this cream and thought I'd give it a go, not really expecting a result...Two weeks later and my skin was back to normal!Have just bought a second tube this Winter as the problem has resurfaced, and it has already improved after only three applications.

The sizing is probably bag sized rather than pocket sized.The foam is not particularly pungent which is a plus so no strong scent to dislike.Upon using it, it feels easily absorbed and the hands feel clean, so does the intended job.Feels a little pricy compared to alcohol gels but as as most people will be experiencing new or worsening hand skin conditions due to use of alcohol rubs, then this is a great alternative.

I have been "invited" to use alcohol-based hand sanitisers almost everywhere - shops, restaurants, coffee bars, hotels, public transport, and the experience is horrible. They are smelly and awful on my hands, drying them out and sting on any cuts.This product is so much nicer to use as it's moisturising, spreads in a foam and leaves my hands feeling soft. It is also very effective at killing viruses and gives me over 4 hours protection, so I feel safe during this pandemic. A brilliant product!

We often use a sanitizer. Foam saves money. Small bottles are convenient to take with you on walks. It's good that there is no alcohol in the composition.
