They fit well in my shoes, but tend to slip slightly as I wear them for longer periods in the day.Having said that, I ordered them as I was in extreme pain.....and wanted them urgently BEFORE my appointment, which was 3 weeks later. (I need cups with and arch supports, I have been advised). Meanwhile, these cups are helping to reduce some pain, at least. And I can walk very short distances instead of no distance at all.Dilip.

They're great for about 10 minutes then I have to readjust them because they are actually causing me pain instead of alleviating it.

These insoles are absolutely great.Having just have a cortisone injecton in my heel and I could only walk with the help of a walking stick after a few day’s of using theses insoles i’am not using the walking stick.Also the pain in my heel has almost gone.I will buy some more of these insoles for my other shoes.

USE THEM ALL THE TIME NOW FOR EVERY PAIR OF SHOWS. ALLEVIATES MY HEEL PAIN . WELL WORTH BUYING AND NOT A LOT OF COST FOR THE COMFORT THEY PROVIDE. THEY DO TEND TO SLIDE IN TO THE SHOE BUT A LITTLE DOUBLE SIDED TAPE STOPS THIS.

Have tried these for a few days. They are ok, but nothing more. Whilst they do soften heel impact they are not very secure when fitted in the shoe.The two pairs I received were all marked 'L', but didn't look as though they were handed, so assumed they aren't.I wouldn't buy them again, however at the price they are not expensive.

They are also easy to insert into the shoe and can easily be transferred to different shoes.

No intenté pegarlas porque decidí ir al podólogo que es lo que debí hacer desde el primer dia.

Aufgrund eines leichten Fersensporns habe ich mir diese Gel-Kissen gekauft. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Kissen federn hervorragend und der Fersensporn hat sich innerhalb von zwei Wochen verbessert. Da ich die Kissen nicht immer von Schuh zu Schuh umpacken möchte, werde ich mir noch 3-4 weitere Exemplare besorgen.

Material ist einheitlich Gummi ohne Härteunschiede an der Ferse. Zudem sind beide Einlagen mit einem L für links gekennzeichnet, wobei das irrelevant ist, weil die Einlagen absolut symmetrisch aufgebaut sind. Weiterhin rutschen die Einlagen in den Schuhen hin und her. Somit für mich leider unbrauchbar.
