I've tried everything including Botox and solutions offered to me by the doctors. Handshakes cause me a great deal of anxiety however if you apply this to your hands one minute before you anticipate a handshake you will have dry or at least 95% dry hands. The solution only works short term however it has its use cases in certain situations such as social events when you know handshakes are likely to happen.

This product kind of works. If you have hyperhydrosis in your hands though, asking to apply it onto dry hands is kind of pointless. It's the whole point of why you're buying the cream...duh! I had Moments where I was crying in frustration completely lathering my hands in this styff and I would just sweat through it within seconds of waking up. I've ended up going on medication now which has reduced his much i sweat, works better now that I'm not as sweaty. Basically save yourself the heartache if your case is acute but if its a little, might be worth the go

So i have suffered with clammy hands for as long as I can remember now...Its embarrassing and there's not alot you can do about it...I've tried everything, deodorant on hands and all sorts but nothing works.I came across this and having read the reviews I was intrigued.Its quite expensive and I wouldn't normally purchase hand cream at this price but I thought, what the hell theres only one way to find out...So, my verdict after a couple weeks is....it works!I put it on as instructed before bed and during the day when I can and I have to say it actually works!Yes, it wears off after a while but if it does, just re apply. You literally only need a tiny bead and rub it in.It can make your hands really dry sometimes but to me thats a god sendI'm going to keep trying this for another couple of weeks but so far I'm really impressed!!Tiny bead in the palm, rub it in for 10 secs or so and leave to dry for 10mins.I apply before bed and first thing in the morning and IF I can, during the day if I'm home.Seriously worth a try even at this price it really is worth it for those that really do get embarrassed by their clammy hands

I bought this for my 13 year old son who was really struggling with primary palmer hyperhidrosis. He complained about his pen slipping out of his hand in school and his hands were always dripping! We apply just once at night before sleep on clean hands. It’s a miracle cream for him! He says his hands feel dry but I feel them and they feel normal, it’s just a different sensation for a long term sufferer. I will say to avoid getting this on fingers/thumbs, which I do know is difficult as it did dry them out a little. But honestly this is brilliant stuff. He only needs a tiny amount and regular use.

I put it on my hands and feet before bed and when I woke up in the morning I started to sweat from them- which is pretty normal for me. But I’m disappointed to know this product doesn’t actually work.

I was in 2 minds to buy this product after reading some of the reviews. But for someone that has had wet hands her whole life, this product has helped a lot. Honestly it completely dries your hand also leaves a dry stain marks on your hand but to have dry hands so I can shake another individual’s hand, I’m sure I can live with the only negative aspect of this product!!!! If you reluctant don’t be!!!

I was considering botox treatment for My sweaty hands as I dreaded touching people or shaking hands, even holding my steering wheel in the car felt awful with slippery hands. The really is BRILLIANT! A tiny dab goes a long way and really does do the job, dry hands! It's almost weird to get used to not having clammy hands. Really effective, so happy with it.

Not entirely sure this product works as thought after reading the reviews...the days I used it my hands became even sweater in certain instances e.g. using a mouse when working. The only time this seems to work is before the gym and then using it after the gym once showered. Not sure the standard instructions are correct for all...?

No puedo dar la opinión sobre este producto ahora mismo pues pone q los resultados se empiezan a ver a las 4 semanas y solo llevo dos días con el . Yo lo compre por los comentarios tan buenos (era gente extranjera pues estaban en inglés ) que lei sobre el . Lo único q puedo decir es que llegó el día esperado. Editado12JUL2018. Después de probarlo unos meses este verano puedo decir q quita más o menos un 40%del sudor.. Supongo q dependera del grado de hiperhidrosis q se tenga. EDITADO a 19 MAR 2021..Si se combina con el perspirex manos , hace mejor efecto.
