I have coeliac disease. I also have medical knowledge. This is the same strain bacterium as is found in breast milk. Everyone knows how important that is for new born babies. I personally like to try a product such as this for 3 months before comment because it takes time for changes to show and be evident in the body. However I have been asked to do it now. I am now on my 2nd month of taking this 2 tablets a day. I am seeing a much more settled digestion and my body is now responding favourably to this product. I intend to continue to take it because I can see the positive differences that are happening. At the very least it will help to build a strong body defence immune system in any person and we all need that. I dont think it's a miracle product nor however is it claimed to be. Therefore I am prepared to recommend it.

Ive ordered this a few times and always been really pleased with the effects. It literally gave me a flat stomach. Even tested it by not taking it for a month, belly increased, then started again and within days it was flatter.But my last two orders have turned up in boxed packaging not the bottled packaging as advertised and they don't work. Im even taking double the dose to get an effect and nothing so far. Result disappointed and have wasted £50. Will need to find another supplier now.

This probiotic is Amazing! It made me purge the excess yeast produced in my gut! After reading upon this symptom, it's a sign the probiotic is working! It also curbs my appetite. I noticed less bloating as well! I'm only on day 4, i take this with another probiotic supplement, chicory root prebiotics and fiber! These are definitely now a staple for me! Highly recommend!

Mon mari (problème de diverticulose) et moi même (graisse au niveau du ventre), avons constaté très rapidement une efficacité évidente du transit Nous avons perdu 2 et 1 kg dès la 3ème semaine et pour moi quelques centimètres au niveau ventre, taille et cuisses. Il est vrai que nous conservons une diététique alimentaire et culture physique 3 fois par semaine. Nous avons essayé de changer de produit, mais après une semaine nous sommes revenus à celui-ci. Cette perte de poids est établie, sans yoyo.Ce n'est pas un produit miracle, mais il aide vraiment et change la silhouette.
