    • Olimp L-glutamine is a product containing 100 percent pure pharmaceutical, micronized form of glutamine - an amino acid found in high concentrations in muscles and plasma. Glutamine is the most important amino acid for muscle tissue adaptation. It stores organic nitrogen, contributing to the positive nitrogen balance. It distributes amine groups for transamination and ultimately for muscle protein synthesis. Glutamine constitutes above 60 percent of free amino acid stores in muscle cells and over 20 percent of amino acids found in the body. Micronized L-glutamine is a form which is more easily absorbable and much more active than traditional glutamine and glutamine peptide.

    Although at the time I bought this product there was no mention of allergens content on the adv, I'm reporting that on the box I received the content is not "pure" as described. Infact when I received it, the label says that it has been manufactured on a site that uses milk, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, cereals with gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs.Bolo customer service has been advice, it has been helpful and promised will do some change.

    Do not waste your money on this, as soon as I opened it, I knew it was fake! It smells awful, anyone taking L-Glutamine knows, it’s odourless!
