It has a mild, pleasant taste without that overpowering minty burn, which is perfect for my sensitive mouth. The formula is free from harsh ingredients like SLS, so it doesn’t cause any irritation, and it feels really smooth and gentle on my gums.What I really love is that it still contains the recommended 1450ppm of fluoride, so I know I’m getting great cavity protection without compromising on comfort. I can’t speak much for the extra health benefits of this tooth paste. But, I can say that it is a very soft mint flavor that is not overpowering, won’t last forever (a plus for us! Can brush and have breakfast just couple moments later) and also as someone with geographical tongue it is so hard to find a minty/fresh toothpaste that does not sting, I’ve hit the jack pot with this one…One negative my partner has found is that it doesn’t foam as much as other toothpastes, for me this is a positive, but to each their own!

Great taste and good for preventing cavities
The high ppm certainly helps to prevent soft spots on your teeth that eventually become cavities. Just dont flush after brushing, and let it do its job for about 2 hours (no eating or drinking).
