But I did make lemon icing to drizzle on top.It was a thank you gift for my neighbour who gets me shopping.I'm looking for other recipes now. But plan to make more cakes, next time remember to take an image. Shall add later.

I bought this to make a lemon tiramisu desert. It came quickly in a pack of 4. I followed the recipe which included scattering lemon zest over the finished desert but next time I shall add the zest - or most of it anyway- to the desert as the final mixture wasn't as lemon-y as I would like.The powder was mixed in with mascarpone cheese and cream cheese but the ensuing batter wasn't very zingy so I am not sure what the Jello would have been like on its own. I will try this again but add more lemon zest.The texture of the Jello is smooth and easy to beat with the cheeses. It comes as a powder and was soon incorporated into the cheeses and didn't stay as a powder.

Found a use fore it anyway
I actually purchased the wrong product but I used it in a vanilla cake mix to make it a lemon, came out pretty good. What I wanted to bye was the cook and serve
Needed it, so we went to Amazon
Bake sale at the Church and needed instant lemon pudding that we searched 3 stores for and could not find. Paid a very high price, plus shipping at Bolo, but got what we needed.

I only use Jello pudding and pie mixes. no regrets. Made a lemon mouse pie with lemon vanilla wafer crust. Got lots of raves over this. added cool whip to pudding mix and cool whip on top. candied lemon wedges. Never fail jello!
