Great product, great price, great flavor! Has a bit of a caramel note that adds delicious flavor to my baked goods. I’ve tried it in cakes, pies and cookies, caramel sauce , even scones and sweet breads. Just love it.

This Mexican vanilla is so rich and flavorful compared to store-bought extracts. It adds depth to baking, coffee, and even smoothies. A little goes a long way, and the aroma is absolutely incredible. I use this in all my baking. This vanilla, although imitation, gives off a wonderful vanilla flavor. I have ordered this vanilla quite a few times now and it always arrives on time and intact. I have yet to have a bottle leak on me. I have used it in cake batters, cooked doughs, and buttercreams. The price is great too. Will continue to purchase. And I definitely recommend

Well I’m glad that I found this vanilla, but I see why it’s such a great deal for the quantity that you get. It’s a very subtle flavor and perfect if you add a little more than expected to pancake mix. Normal vanilla extract threw the flavor off big time but this is makes for an easy transition of flavor!
