Am still warm at night but no sweats all. I have even been able to turn the fan off which was on all night previously.Not sure if the brain fog is better or not yet- haven’t been able to figure that out just yet!Definitely worth trying.Are a bit on the large side to swallow and you do have to take 3 at a time (2 green, 1 red). Will be no good for you if you have trouble swallowing a paracetamol tablet. I am getting better at it but it takes a bit of psychological warming up to take them.Might look for something that contains the same ingredients but in a gummie version but will definitely continue with these in the meantime.One downside - it makes your urine bright (almost fluorescent) so don’t be alarmed!

Have taken these for 2 weeks now and noticed a difference after 3 days of use. My flushes have stopped so I’m sleeping better and so generally feel better within myself. Cannot believe never thought to try them sooner! Great alternative to HRT and would recommend trying.

I’ve been having perimenopause symptoms for over a year now & found my Wellwoman max multivitamin wasn’t helping. I’ve been taking these for a week now & after a couple of days felt so much better. A lot more energy, no achey muscles & feeling more like myself again.

This has kept menopause symptoms at bay. My current hrt didn't work . This has been my only hope. Its amazing. I feel great and enjoy life. Highly recommend.

There is actually only a 28 day supply. Took me a while to find the dosage instructions.You take 2x vitamin caplets and 1x supplement capsule daily.I'll give it the full month to see if they make any difference in comparison to what I've used before.Beware that there are contraindications with anyone on blood thinners.

I am 64 and been taking these for a while last Christmas I stopped taking them I was doing so well I thought my hot sweat’s were finally gone!! Big mistake I was really not myself at all after I stopped taking them hot flushes cam back life was awful. I went back on them and thank goodness I can face the nights again!!
