These seem more hygienic as they come in separate little vials. They work extremely well for dry eyes, and last all day for me. It is a gel so I’d recommend before applying to shake the gel down to the top of the vial before opening - I just use centripetal force like you would with a ketchup bottle 😆 one swing of your arm and they are easy to dispense.These are definitely one of the best dry eye drops I’ve tried.

This product has been a game changer for me, it's the best product I have used for extreme dry eye. Looking at some of the other reviews some people are having issues with using the ampules, a problem I also had initially until I understood what I was doing wrong. Each ampule contains gel and 'air'. If you have an air bubble near the hole the gel comes out it will block the gel. What I have found works for me is to flick/tap the ampule until the air bubble rises to the top before opening the bottom. It's the same as if you were trying to clear air bubbles from a syringe when you're measuring out medication. Hopefully this explanation helps other users.

No other drops do it for me with my dry-eye (plus toric contact lenses) and I've tried nearly everything including supermarket brands and other top tier brands like Hycosan.I usually get my bottles from Costco but for these small vials it's Bolo - and these are so so useful when travelling. I had an interesting 'discussion' with a police officer once as he initially thought it was some type of storage/delivery means for a drug (!) Had to google it all up and show him what it was.Back to the drops, whether it's right or not I literally load my eyeballs with a payload of drops from a vial (overload so I'm in tears literally afterward) and it's just the best relief ever especially when I have my lenses in - and lasts for several hours. No stinging either. Eyes are just a tad cloudy for a couple of minutes but that clears. Also allows my lenses to 'readjust' and then stabilise as I have an issue where my eyelids keep knocking my toric lenses around, causing issues with vision - and they're then stuck at the wrong orientation/axis. For any of you with astigmatism and using toric lenses - you know the club!Thanks to the lovely optometrist at Costco Opticians that recommended me to these - and she herself uses them to tackle dry-eye too. Almost gave up on contact lenses altogether before these drops having been fed up from using other brands.

I was sold another popular night time product from a MECS clinic at a well known budget opticians as I was experiencing blurry vision in one or both eyes due to really bad dry eye overnight, whereby I'd wake up with that prickly sensation and I'd just know I I was doomed for the next one or two days. That product helped but I was still having bad days, probably once a week. None so far with this and I've even forgotten to apply the odd night - so I'm buying another month's worth because my pharmacy doesn't have it. I hope it continues to serve me well.I would say this could definitely be used during the day as well as it isn't so thick and doesn't really mess with your vision for long. Did the job when I desperately needed it as the blurry vision was making work difficult so what else can I give but a 5. It's a little pricey for a month's worth I guess but it's worth it for me.

Tengo que utilizar este producto constantemente por problemas en los ojos y tengo que decir que en la farmacia me costaba 20.50.Seis euros más siendo el mismo producto, marca y cantidad.Thealoz para mí es la mejor por su consistencia de la gota, que al ser gel te dura más la sensación de alivio. Por supuesto seguiré comprándolo por Bolo.El servicio rapidísimo...como siempre.

He observado una diferencia de 6 euros con mi farmacia habitual en cuanto a precio. no es muy cómodo de utilizar, porque en ocasiones se forman burbujas de aire al aplicar el producto. Muy bien tolerado y en 2 minutos permite una visión normal
