Normal sized identical to the smaller one would be great.

Great little game and thought-through for travelling. The board has a grid on it so the letter pieces can't move about. The letter pieces are very small and sometimes a bit fiddly- maybe something to think about if you have arthritis or struggle with 'fiddly'. Board has warped a bit over time and we really do look after our possession.. so it needs straightening out a bit. But overall a great design for when travelling and passed a few hours on a ferry from Portsmouth to Spain

Great to use in a bar, with a table & chairs, but not good for use on plane, the tiles are tiny & if dropped very difficult to find. All in all was a a great travel game.

I had a Travel Scrabble set years ago that was very good - pieces were nice to handle and they clicked into place to avoid being moved accidentally whilst travelling.With this set the pieces are small and fiddly to handle and they lie in such a way that it is easy to knock them out of place. It feels like it’s worth about £5. At £20 it’s very poor value for money.

I don’t generally write reviews but I honestly felt a bit sorry for this Travel edition of Scrabble for the amount of abuse it’s getting which I genuinely don’t think it deserves… despite reading all the negative reviews I bought the Travel Scrabble anyway and I am glad that I did because it meets with my expectations. It is what it says it is - a compact game board. It is literally a cute and tiny version of the well loved Scrabble. Yes the board doesn’t fold in half but it is already tiny so I don’t see why it would need to fold any smaller. The board also has the plastic grid to place your letters which without I just don’t think would function at that tiny size. The people complaining about the fact the letters would fall out if you were playing in the car…maybe you need to invent magnetic Scrabble? I also saw complaints about the quality of the little bag to keep the letters in…yes it is plastic and has one of those press seals but as long as you take care of your things there shouldn’t be a problem with it lasting. It also comes with tiny versions of the letters stand! If this tiny Scrabble (see pic for size comparison to my hand (I am petite)) isn’t compact enough for you you could just ditch the box and take the tiny board and tiny bag of letters with you.TLDR: for £12 I don’t think you can go wrong with this teeny tiny version of Scrabble. It’s cute and functional!

This version is playable, but a bit too tiny. You have to use tweezers and a magnifying glass to play. My friend and I had a lot of fun, but he’s an electrician, so he’s used to fiddling with tiny parts. Imagine someone with big hands. I had to assist him with reading the numbers.I was a bit saddened to see a PVC bag instead of a fabric one and also the board should fold in half and be bigger. Durability is also a concern. Another thing, it’s so easy to lose the prices.. BEWARE!!!

Small Portable and Easy to Read Letters

We took this on vacation and found it fun and easy to read. The tiles are small but the letters are big enough to see. We were afraid of using it on the plane in case we lost any letters. We it was perfect for the cabins in Alaska with no tv!
