Battery symbol flashed on briefly when tried to switch on yesterday, so changed batteries again, worked for a brief moment then switched itself off. Spoke to TENSCARE customer care, who talked me thru how to reset it. switched on, stayed on briefly then switched itself off. I'm now sending item directly back to TENSCARE on their request. For the time being I'm lucky enough to be able to borrow a different TENS machine from the pain team that I see at hospital.19/7/19 I have now had many days and of pain free days since my unit was replaced. . it's a great design and easy to use with its pre programmed settings. the belt clip is a good idea,but I use an old zipped sun glass cash that I then clip to the hoops of my trousers,shorts or skirt. . I've just recommended it to a nurse at work for her mum. .

After falling for buying a machine with all the bells and whistles this is a perfect example of providing a product with straightforward support. excellent instructions, handy booklet telling you where to place patches and an easy simple manual program.When you are in pain navigating confusing instructions, Googling at 3am how to place patches right and repositioning patches every 5 minutes in a desperate attempt to reduce pain is the last thing you need.This machine and instructions gave the me the confidence AND pain relief I was looking for.Amazing

I use this a lot on a persistent shoulder injury and it provides immediate and prolonged relief. It is a little trial and error finding the right positions to place the pads but when you do, this little unit really does work.

Souffrant d'une lambo-sciatique après 2 opérations de la colonne vertébrale, d'une névralgie d'Arnold et d'une nevralgie cervico brachiale (suite à un accident de la circulation) pour calmer mes douleurs j'utilise plusieurs appareil Tens dont un prescrit par un médecin spécialiste de la douleur et remboursé par la sécurité sociale. Je me suis retourné vers cet appareil pour avoir un Tens simple et dont je peux trouver facilement un jeu de câble d'électrodes dont le prix ne soit pas démesuré et qui se trouve sur le site d'Bolo. Les câbles sont compatibles avec les électrodes que l'on trouve en pharmacie . Il se porte facilement à la ceinture ou accroché à une lanière tour de cou, ce qui est très pratique. J'utilise des accumulateurs rechargeables au lieu de piles sans aucun problème. Les programmes sont bien étudiés, le mode d'emploi est en anglais (la traduction en français se trouve sur le site du fabriquant) et est très bien fait.En conclusion cet appareil Tens est simple, fait son travail (calme la douleur) et son prix est intéressant.
