I love the taste of this tea and the inspiring quotes. I used to buy yogi tea a long time ago and always loved it then and wanted some more herbs in my diet conveniently before I buy the loose leaves/ roots from Baldwins.This is a very pleasant sweet tea I don’t find it too licorice tasting but my partner does and he adds honey. I wouldn’t personally as I think it’s really enjoyable and very balanced in sweetness as it is. I love the combination in this and just bought some rose yogi tea too from Holland and Barrett as I used to enjoy that but it’s not as sweet and far more floral Obviously.I need more night time tea, and also want the alkaline one as I love the health benefits of nettle and dandelion so that’s next on my list. Then when I’m more organised I’ll make my own blends.This is a very lovely herbal tea I don’t think you can be disappointed if you enjoy herbal/ spice tea. I think this is or will be good for digestion. I will update when I eget through my boxes. As for now it’s just very comforting and helps me be mindful and contented, and I do actually enjoy taking a random pick of a bag and sitting down and indulging in my quote and having come quiet contemplation which helps to then inspire me.

This is one-off the nicest teas I've ever had, the immediate scent is so fragrant and I've just tasted it, it's so nice, I've immediately ordered more. Now I've finished it, I didn't realise I had an uncomfortable stomach until I drank it. So I'm now feeling happy, relaxed and calm and I've barely finished it.Lovely accomplishment to a stormy day.

This tea is very tasty and does help a little with digestion. However, it does come with a health warning which is not shown on Bolo's product details and description: "consult your healthcare provider prior use for daily use beyond 4-6 weeks". I believe licorice is linked to raised blood pressure and other cardiac issues. My mother-in-law, a fan of Yogi teas, alerted me to this and the warning can be seen on Yogi Tea's website. I now have 102 bags of lovely but not completely safe tea which I will have to use sparingly. It should last a while!
