Sorry to say these tasty treats are being sent without any protective bubble wrap again almost half of them are crumbs. Really disappointing as they had fixed the issue

The item itself is great and my chinchillas love them. The price was also good. The only reason I didn't score it 5 stars was 2 (of the 6) biscuits were crushed - and I mean into dust.... I'm hoping this was done in transit and they weren't sent out in that condition.

Guinea pigs really like these 😊 latest packet arrived with half of cookies squashed into crumbs..delivery transit responsible I suppose

My guinea pigs love these but they always arrive smashed to bits so there's no point in them even being "cookies"

Very good value for money especially on the subscribe and save feature.The bunnies appear to really enjoy them.

Guinea Pigs love them. I break them into quarters and put them in a bowl. The marigold one is the favourite and is gobbled up, the others are eaten more slowly but still eaten. I have them on a subscription as it works out cheaper and I give them one every few days for the month.
One treat and a bag of powder
First, my rabbit really liked the one treat. But, it was just one treat. The rest was a bag of powder and crumbs. Normally this company makes products my rabbit likes, but when most of the product has turned to dust, I just cannot justify the high price.

I did not expect to throw away most of the cookies since they were crumbled. Total disappointment and wasted money.
Most were broken and turned to dust that filled up a third of the bag
Most of these cookies were broken up and at least a third of the bag (probably 2/3 of the cookies) were turned to dust. My piggies were not crazy about the actual cookies that survived either. Maybe 3 of my 8 guinea pigs actually liked them.
