Very pleasant flavour. Easy to prepare with either water or milk. Give it a good shake and it's ready in a couple of seconds, with no residual granules at all. It comes with a scoop inside the packaging. Very happy with this purchase.

I use this post workout as part of a protein shake and it works very well and is good value - my recipe is 1/2 cup ice, 1/2 cup full fat milk , 1 banana , 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of golden syrup and 1 scoop of Gold Standard Whey - put it in a blender and mix and then drink - tastes great and helps my bulk.

A medical professional recommended this Whey powder (ice cream flavour) to me as part of a weight loss programme.My first thoughts were the sickly sweet smell. I tried mixing it with flavoured yoghurt, but this was not nice. I soon discovered that mixing it with natural yoghurt and putting it in the fridge did make it palatable, though it is still very sweet.The idea was it would fill me up and make me less hungry; it does put me off eating because it's sickly, and it also causes or appears to cause constipation (sorry, too much information)Despite my personal experience, I must acknowledge that this is a quality product. It may just not be the right fit for me.
