I was very upset when it was finished. I had 12 years of excellent, trouble free use, it never let me down. The item failed at 10pm so I immediately ordered a new machine and it was on my doorstep at 8:30 the following morning. Great service Bolo!The new machine is every bit as good as the old one and it is so shiny it seems to sparkle! It really is a superb machine to look at and if anything, is a fraction quieter in operation. I can still have a cup of tea made in less than a minute, 45 seconds to boil the water and 15 seconds to add milk and sugar if others require it. That is for making a mug of tea, you can vary the amount for smaller cups so they take slightly less time to fill.I find it useful to use for not just tea and coffee, but also gravy and stock in fact anything needing boiling water.It is simple to take apart to clean and the filters are very easy to replace. Everything is very well thought out. The machine is a little heavy for me to hold under a tap to refill, so I simply use a measuring jug, quick and easy.It really is a great machine and makes perfect hot drinks. I cannot praise it highly enough, I love any appliance that does the job without fuss. Enjoy it if you decide to try it for yourself.

I ordered this to replace the Breville I had bought a few years ago. I was so impressed by it I decided to upgrade and go with the same. This one has the Brita filter technology which I love. The machine itself is really aesthetic and very well made/high quality. It is definitely a better use of energy being able to accurately boil just the right amount and it is also super quick whereas some traditional kettles can take an age! My only grip was the delivery. Bearing in mind this item wasn't exactly cheap it was just dropped onto the door mat. I had been watching the tracking as my dog goes galactic whenever someone comes to the door so was hoping to intercept. The delivery guy didn't knock or ring the doorbell meaning it was sat on the mat outside for some time. Not cool Bolo... That said, I highly recommend the item and would purchase again in a heartbeat

I half expected this to give out warm water instead of hot but pleasently surprised it is hot. Very easy to use. Can adust cup size. I started with small and gradually moved it up so I didn't over fill cup until used to it. Having a filter was very important so I can fill up machine in the morning and it still tastes good after sitting there fot hours. It isn't instant hot water as such as still needs about 30 seconds after pressing start to fill cup but it's very good. It has lost one star as it could have come with jug or something to fill the tank.
