Have been eating these for years from Tesco usually. But they were on offer on Bolo so purchased the box which is what i usually get from Tesco. Never disappointed in these but they are very spicy any flavoursome unlike some of the other noodle selections, personally i prefer them over balduk or buldak or whatever they are called.

Really nice noodle soup if you add 400 m water add a bit less water if you want it thick Hot but not super hot 🥵 the udon noodles are delicious 🤤 highly recommend

Not sure if I had prepared them wrong but the flavour seems to be lacking. I wouldn't say I have a high spice tolerance but these left me wanting more spice, much less spicy than the packaging would lead you to believe. I've only eaten them on their own but it definitely seems like something you'd use as a base and add in other spices, meat, veg etc. Also despite being 90g, the portion size seems smaller than Mama's normal noodles.

Ich bevorzuge die Suppen-Variante. Einfach heißes Wasser über die Nudeln geben und die begefügten Tüten-Inhalte dazugeben. Die Schärfe kann nicht selbst reguliert werden, da sie in dem vorhandenen Pulver beigefügt ist. Es sei denn man möchte es noch schärfer haben. Ich peppe es - nach Lust und Laune - mit etwas Zitronensaft, Worcestersauce, Mu-Err-Pilze oder Shitake-Pilze auf. Bei der Ramen-Variante löse ich das Pulver in erhitzem Sesam-Öl auf und gebe das zu den Nudeln mit 1-2 Scheiben Käse und verrühre das Ganze, bis der Käse geschmolzen ist.Guten Appetit!Allergiker sollten die Zutatenliste prüfen

Nicht brennent scharf aber richtig Scharf.So sollen scharfe Nudeln schmecken.Die Bruehe ist super toll und man kann die Nudeln auch einfach mit Gekochtem Ei aufpeppen.Lecker ist auch: nur das hartgekochtes Eigelb in der Bruehe aufloesen.
Meine Lieblings Instant Ramen
Sie sind zwar nicht sonderlich scharf aber sehr lecker.Wer übrigens sagt sie sind zu hart oder zäh bereitet sie falsch zu.Nicht einfach nur mit Wasser übergießen sondern 4 Minuten im Topf kochen!!!Hoffe jemand liest es und bewertet dann nicht wieder schlecht weil man selbst es versemmelt hat xD

Ich bin Nissin Fan, aber wollte mal eine andere Marke testen. Für mich sind die Nudeln eine Hauptkriterieum. Und hier unterscheidet sich MAMA doch sehr von Nissin. Sie sind dicker und wabbenliger. Die Würzmischung ist ok, aber hat geschmacklich noch Luft nach oben. Scharf ist halt nicht alles.Aber wie gesagt. Es ist wie immer eine Frage des Persönlichen Geschmackes. Nur halt nicht meiner.

Tolle Instant-Packung zu einem guten Preis, bitte bedenken Sie aber, das CHILI-Pulver ist extrem scharf!!!Die Hälfte reicht absolut, wer es schärfer mag, dann später hinzufügen!Nudeln sind OK, Gewürzmischung und Gemüseflocken auch - macht wirklich satt. Ich bereite auf dem Herd innert drei Minuten zu: Heißes Wasser rein und auf lochen, toll wirkt noch ein Ei, welches einfach untergerührt wird. Eine klasse Mahlzeit!!!Guten Appetit!
