I was pleasantly surprised by this. With less than half the calories of regular PB it's great for dieters. It's easy to prepare- I like to mix up a cup in advance and keep it in the fridge. I'm very impressed with the taste and texture; it's pretty much exactly like regular peanut butter. I honestly don't think I could tell the difference in a taste test.The powder form also makes it easy to add to smoothies or milk shakes and I even sprinkle it on salads and fruit. I prefer crunchy peanut butter, but the way PB2 is made means it will only make smooth PB. Still, I imagine you could chop up some peanuts and mix them in if you wanted.I highly recommend this product; it was promptly delivered and truly is excellent and well worth the price. I look forward to trying the chocolate variety too!

I actually prefer this to regular peanut butter. Very easy to mix and a fraction of the calories.

Usually I buy the 100% peanut butter and I love it. I also love the typical, less healthy one with added sugar and salt. I could eat tons of pb so I was very happy to find a version with less calories (even though pb fats are good fat, so if you can control yourself and not eat the whole jar at once, I would advice to buy normal peanut butter because it tastes better).This one tastes more like the second kind (because it has sugar and salt), so if you prefer the taste of the super healthy version you might find the addition of sugar and salt unnecessary. I liked but to me it tastes a bit too salty even compared to the traditional salty peanut butter. But tbh I can feel problems in the taste only when I eat it alone. Mixed with other things it tastes perfect. I eat it on toast with jam and tastes the same as real pb

This product I first had in the USA. I have been paying for the shipping for friends to send it to me. Tried Bolo Germany but could not get it sent to me in Spain. Bolo UK could! wooHOO. This product is great for making Thai Peanut Sauce or adding to a smoothie for the taste of peanut butter without all the fat. Satay sauce for Indonesian food etc. If you want just plain peanut butter, add a little water and mix and you have a nice spread. Add the powder to melted chocolate and you have a wonderful combination. All this and 80% less fat! I guess you can tell I am a huge fan!

This stuff is amazing. I personally think it is better than reguler peanut butter and is worth the extra cash. I don't have much self-restraint when it comes to normal peanut butter so it is a great advantage that this version has less calories and lower fat content. I also have more self restraint when eating this product because it is satisfyingly good.The texture is just right if you follow the directions, plus you can add more water if you want it a little runnier, although I advice adding the water a little bit at a time because it can become runny. I also find it less salty than the peanut butters that I usually buy.

It's not unpalatable but not as good as real PB, although I only like natural peanut butter (without added sugar or salt etc) and this says it has added sugar and salt in the ingredients..personally think its pretty unnecessary considering the products marketing is to be low calorie and in my opinion makes it taste worse. The consistency when prepared is pretty much just like PB though. It's good when mixed into things like smoothies or oatmeal to give the pb flavour without adding too much excess calories or fat but however not that great on its own but not totally awful. The fat from PB is a healthy source of fat in the diet anyway so you dont need to cut it out, but this serves as a good substitute for when you crave pb but dont need anymore fat or cals in the day (or do need more protein!) or when using it to flavour in cooking/baking or just want a larger serving amount than you need (could try mixing half pb2 with half normal pb)

This product has revolutionised my life! Ok that may be a bit extreme but I am so pleased I found this. Saw lots of recommendations online for powdered peanut butter and thought I’d give it a go because of the lower calories than natural PB. This is sooo good, you need to be careful how much water you add, depends on the consistency you’re after. But I’ve had it with apples and it tastes just like the PB in jars. Mainly I use it in my overnight oats. I was so pleased with it after trying it the first time I immediately ordered the bigger jar AND a jar of the chocolate PB2 to try. One of the best finds for me on my calorie reducing journey!

Il vous faudra trouver le bon dosage en fonction de vos goûts et surtout apprendre à gérer votre pot car il faut quand même pas mal de poudre pour avoir quelques cuillères du précieux trésor. C'est vraiment un produit sympa pour toute personne cherchant à avoir plus de contrôle sur son apport calorique quotidien.

A good substitute for regular PB which is nearly triple the calories for 2 tablespoons. Very versatile and can be spread on your toast, mixed with protein shakes or added in your anabolic ice cream.
