I've always had problems with bloating but after 3 days of taking these, my problem has gone. Completely! I've tried different brands and types but for me Acidophilus Plus 4 billion works just fine. After a month I've noticed that I've even lost a few kilos which is great. Thank you so so much :)

I started taking these last year over a 2 month period for indigestion. Without taking any over the counter medication, I would eat activia yogurts as they contain probiotics, so I thought I would try the tablets as was was a bit fed up of eating yogarts every other day.Overall my acid was reduced and I noticed I was feeling more healthy overall.These tablets are good for the price as you tend to pay a lot more more for the 10, 20 or 50 billion tablets.I'm giving it 4/5 stars as they did work but I think I will get better results with the higher probiotic products.These are a good starting point though if you want to try and increase your body's good bactiria.

Took this for 2 weeks before I went on holiday and then for the whole 16 days we were in Egypt and it made a huge difference . My usually delicate stomach was only slightly upset for the 1st couple of days and then settled really well. Will definitely use it again when I travel in September.

Really helps with my sensitive stomach, I always notice a difference when I stop taking them. They come in smooth capsules instead of the horrible chalky tablets which is always an added bonus, most of the time I can take them without water. I store mine in the fridge rather than a cupboard.

I have been using probiotics for the last 3 years and tried different brands. Those one work amazing, even though it's only 4 million, work better than 20 million one from Holland and Barrett.

The strength of these pills has been raised before.I think that they are too weak and to be of any use you need a much higher does than 4 billion.

Pastillas de mucha calidad. Aportan fortaleza al intestino, regulan las deposiciones, sin modificar la regularidad propia. Da la sensación de que uno se siente mejor ( quizás es mental, pero funcionan bien).
Probioticos
Cumple las expectativas. Es un producto muy efectivo y con muy buena relación calidad/precio. Lo volvere a pedir cuando necesite reposición.
