he Crank Brothers Multi 17 Tool has mountain bikers first in mind. Nothing besides a flat or a broken bone will stop your ride as quickly as a busted chain, and if you ride hard you're bound to snap a link sometime. The Multi 17 might not be the absolute lightest tool or smallest on the market, but the extra grams are well worth it because if you don't have the right tool when the chips are down, you're dead weight anyway. This tool features four spoke wrench sizes, seven hex wrench sizes, an 8mm and 10mm open wrench, and both a phillips and flathead screwdriver makiing it ideal for the most out going riders.

Bought this kit as I had a pedal come off my bike twice in a ride and I'd forgotten to take my normal tools because they were full size and heavy ... so I purchased this mini 17 piece tool kit.After a bit of research and review reading (don't we all get persuaded one way or another), this seemed to cover all my tool needs at the right price (I paid 17 quid).I'm amazed at the quality and feel of the tools. The Allen or hex keys cover all my bike needs, and aren't crazy long.The black rubber outer sleeve just slides over to protect and keep the tools in check.Lovely packaging, even better tools.I've added some pics with a measure so you know how large or small they are in real life.Perfect for carrying on all rides.Really impressed with the feel and the quality.

You would think bike tools are all fairly similar but this compares well in terms of the feel of build quality. Better than that, one day after it arriving it came into its own when, in the middle of nowhere one of our groups crank fell off. This requires an 8mm - the other tools present only had 6mm. Raises the point, maintenence/pre ride check would also require an 8mmIt has a chain tool as well which really is one that you hope you don't need out in the wilds but if you did think worth a little extra.Weight feels appropriate and that probably reflects the sturdiness. Tools are packed in tight.I'd buy again and indeed the crank victim already has.

以前、ツーリング時に息子のチェーンが切れた事があるのでチェーンカッター付の本製品を購入しました。一緒にコネクティングピンを数本ボトルケースに入れてます。安価な製品だとチェーンカッターはお飾りで使えませんが本製品はしっかりした作りで、実用上問題なさそうです。

Es una multiusos muy solida. Se nota en el tacto y se nota cuando se giran las diferentes herramientas. También se nota en la calidad de las herramientas. Sin rebabas, muy bien ajustadas.La inclusión del tronchacadenas en la misma multiusos hace que haya reducido mi arsenal de herramientas de 2 a 1, ya que antes llevaba una multiusos y un tronchacadenas, que era, para colmo, bastante pesado.Pese a que es una herramienta que muchos ciclistas nuevos no saben usar, para mi es una de las más importantes. Que se desatornille un tornillo podrías llegar hasta apretarlo con la mano, pero si se rompe la cadena... a pata volverías a casa. Con el tronchacadenas he vuelto un par de veces encima de la bici.Espero no tener que utilizarla nunca (la multiusos) ya que las cosas de la bici las hago en casa con herramientas Stanley (calidad normal para un manitas amateur). Así que simplemente es para tener la seguridad de que si pasa algo, ahí estará esta multiusos que destila calidad por todos los lados.Buena presentación, buen acabado, muy buen peso y un precio aquí en Bolo de risa para lo que se ofrece. Creo que es una compra imprescindible para un ciclista.EDITO despues de 4 años:Las herramientas las he utilizado poco ya que no he tenido grandes problemas en ruta, pero sigue mostrando solidez, no bailan las herramientas (y se lleva muchos golpes dentro del bidón portaherramientas) y me sigue pareciendo muy bonita :-)No esta oxidada y esta en buen estado. La sigo recomendando.
