After connecting the plug to the socket, turn on the oven with the scale button and adjust it to a level between 2-1/2 and 3.
2) After about 10 minutes of preheating with the oven closed, the pizza oven has reached the right temperature for start baking pizza.
3) Before placing any type of pizza (homemade pizza, baker's pizza, ready-made pizza, frozen pizza, frozen pizza with topping, etc.) on the retractable cooking surface, which should always be well heated after 10 minutes of warm-up time, make sure that the indicator light is aligned. The pizza must only be pushed into the oven when the indicator light is on, as this indicates this. The two heating elements are in operation and keep the temperature constant to ensure perfect cooking pizzas.
