This product has very clear and easy to understand instructions. It works very well and lasts for about six weeks if you wash your hair every other day. I had no itching, stinging or other effects when used. Overall, it's a very good product and I can recommend you try it if other dyes have not worked for you.

So very happy with the results from using this hair colour. Had tried several different brands before this one, trying to find one which didn't leave my hair looking 'brassy' and this is great and works! Matched my hair colour perfectly. Easy to use, definitely non-drip. The conditioner left my hair soft, shiny and with volume. Will definitely be using this from now on :)

Colour was not bad but makes your hair very dry...even after many washes.. was shocked..my hair felt terrible, never experienced this with any other colour.. Never again

Been trying for years both at home and in hairdressers to find a ash colour that did not give me golden tones at the roots. The best up until now has been nice and easy dark ash blonde and I've been using that for the few years. It's good but it stings all and smells yuk. Then by a fluke I stumbled upon Naturtint and decided to give it a go. was pleased as it has no unpleasant smell and there was no stinging sensation and best of all just ash tones no golden bits. Yippee!. Initially when I first rinced and shampood the colour out my hair felt incredibly dry and I was a bit concerned but once I put the conditioner provided on it was ok and it's been fine since. I'd recommend this a lot.

Amazing product. Does what it says. I was worried first because the colour on the picture looks really dark. So I only left for 30 min, but the result was great. You couldn't notice difference between my roots and the rest of my hair as with other brand ( they usually go bit orange). I have highlighted hair, you still can see highlights what is great. I got many compliments about my hair, they looks shiny and healthy, not dry at all.Tony

I bought this dye to even out my hair colour after my previous colourant had left my roots darker than the ends (even though I followed instructions and coloured roots first, etc). My hair is now a gorgeous, even colour with the added bonus it is beautifully soft and shiny. I also love how there isn't the usual chemical smell or iritation, the conditioner especially smells lovely. This is my go to colour now, love it!
Gorgeous Ashy Color

The result is much lighter than the picture on the box, which is perfect for me! It is an excellent, easy-to-apply product that gives my hair a beautiful, ashy tone. This is the only hair color I have stuck to for so long! Love it!
No amonia!
If you can color your hair without amonia-damage... what else can you ask for?I am using 8A Ash Blonde to color my 2-3 tones even darker hair, because this 8A Ash Blonde was my initial color before having my kids (!!! yes! "my kids" transformed my hair into this dull chesnut kind of color and yes I used to be ash-blonde before having them).However, I feel I need to let the color stay 5-10 min longer than they say, otherwise the color does not have enought time to work well enought.Their shampoo & conditioner is however amaising!!! Better than any other on the market!!! I wish they could sell those separately for daily use.Why just 4 stars? Because there isn't anything special about... it is simply works as it said.

I have been using over the counter dye for 10 years, and 6 months ago decided to try this organic dye. I am never going back! It is very first dye that softly covers my brassy color with soft platinum tone which never worked with other ashy dyes before. It smells like herbs. The hair is smooth and soft after processing. Don't see any damage as before. My only advise is to find perfect timing that works for you: first time I tried it I processed color for 27 minutes and my roots were a tone lighter than the color on the box and than my previous color. Next time I did 22 minutes, on the 18th minute I have added a little bit of water to the left over dye in the bottle and went over my brassy roots, and it came out perfect.It's a great product!
Watch out for the red and brassy undertones
I used this product on my natural light brown hair to give a little color. I was a natural platinum blond as a child, so I know to stay away from "golden" hues. I do not have hard water and I use quality hair care products. I had no other hair color on my hair at the time of coloring with this product. I choose the ash blond so I could stay away from any red or brassy undertones but that is NOT what I got. My hair has a significant orange cast to it and it looks very unnatural. Very disappointed and now I have to go to the salon to fix the problem which is where I should have gone in the first place... ugh!
FANTASTIC hair color!
Love this hair color brand. More all natural than others, no stink, and it does not bother my sensitive scalp. The color is true to the box as shown, and is very natural looking. It lasts me one month (I wash my hair with color safe shampoo to help it stay looking like the first day I colored it). I am 100% gray, and it covers all the gray. I leave it on for only 20 minutes. Fantastic product and I highly recommend it. I have tried many different, more popular brands, but this is my all time favorite. This color looks light yellow-blonde on me. Bolo: Please keep this in prime!
