Only useful as a fancy dress prop. Very, very tight, painful to wear and doesn't pick up heartbeat. Should be sold only as,a toy/prop.

Bought this to listen to baby's heartbeat instead of an expensive doppler, and I don't regret it! It is a little bit quiet yes, but if you get it in the right position you can definitely hear it! Even compared it to my own heartbeat to make sure i wasn't just hearing mine and i could clearly tell the difference. It was amazing for my partner to be able to hear baby too, would recommend.(Please see your midwife if you're concerned about your baby, it was just a bit of fun for us)

Honestly it’s probably a prop but i tried it and heard absolutely nothing maybe that should have been in the description.

Feels like the real thing, but we wouldn't know to tell. Very loud when tested by tapping on the diaphragm. Also loud when moving the chest piece over clothing, which means the sound of the actual heartbeat rather gets lost in the din.

I bought this as it was the cheapest one i could find that could help me with a particular issue with my dog (He attends fear clinics at the vets and they thought using one at home could help him) - it worked for this purpose.However, It also works for its main intended purpose! Its not very comfortable so i switched out the tips to the slightly more comfy ones. Im sure its not as great as the proper posh ones but for having a play around at home, it works!it comes with a spare diaphragm and 2 spare tips. Its dismantled so you have to put it together yourself.Overall, i’ll recommend it!

This product does a job...Possibly better for the mechanical industry rather than the medical industry as even whilst you are using it properly everything is very quiet.Item arrives in 3 pieces - The ear piece, the tubing and the head. You need to assemble it and then if you want to replace the ear pieces you need to grab hold of them with a pair of pliers to be able to grip and unscrew them. After this you get the other ones the company provides you with and slide those on and hope the fit is tight enough so the metal ends dont end up in your ears.Cheap construction, Pathetic performance - Not worth it for actual health care work - Good for Kids, Dress up and mechanics

Perfecto para disfraces. Aunque no se escucha correctamente (no es profesional) da el pego para cualquier disfraz. Ojo si os ponéis a probarlo que os quedáis sordos.Muy chulo.

I find it useful and lightweight. The advice from one of the reviews about covering the small hole to get better sounds works great. Also, twisting the head on its base to get the right sound makes a difference. Its a good value and helps me check for a solid rthythm that boosts my confidence my heart is acting normally when i sense it may not be.

Produit peu performant à mes yeux. De surcroît, il fait très très mal aux oreillles. Si c'était à refaire je ne referai pas le même choix.
