Great mini size, nice texture to melt in your mouth

Not only can you use these smaller ones for everything you'd use the bigger ones for (pie crusts and such), it is a huge mental boost to have lots of cookies per serving. I know it's stupid but I fall for it every time. Plus, they're really cute little cookies.
