So I’m gonna mention the negative first. If you take it on an empty stomach expect around 20 mins later to have a horrible sickness feeling.But now it’s not completely down to the pill but it must have something to do with it because since I’ve started taking it 6 weeks ago I’ve lost over 11kg going from 80.4 to 69.3 my energy levels have hugely increased and I’m feeling considerably less depressed and randomly my night time hot flushes have subsided. Like I said not all the pill but it’s no coincidenceHappy!.Edit: 5 months in taking these multivitamins, and I can honestly say they have made a huge , huge improvement to my overall energy levels and mental wellbeing.They were on offer when I bought them so stocked up. I turned 40 and decided to take better care of myself and started with a multivitamin and self care I’m now down to 60kg from over 80kg and built some decent muscles and even got a 6 pack! Can’t say it’s all the tablets doing but I will say it’s helped immensely.I feel just so much better all round.

These are great for my sixteen year old daughter to take as she cannot swallow tablets. She has noticed a positive difference in her mood and energy levels since taking them. They are very hard to remove from the tub as they are extremely sticky and clump together. I managed to get them out with a fork and then floured them before returning them to the pot. This works really well and doesn’t ruin the taste.

Horrific !I wish I had of read more reviews before purchasing ! The taste is awful regardless of empty stomach or full. I was physically sick within minutes of taking the gummies, and cannot get rid of the taste !All the gummies were also stuck (sorted melted into one) together inside the bottle.Returns not accepted so entire pot binned. Please don’t waste your money.

After first month of using this, I got rid of all my pains in mussels which was caused by lack of different vitamins. I also used to have some digestion problems by using other brands but now I don't have any digestion problem with wellwoman. I search a lot in the internet to buy this product in Houston but the only way to buy this product is ordering online and the only problem is it takes about 1 month to reach your hand so it is better to buy it for at least about 3 months.

I used to sleep or let me say doze off on duty at night almost all the time. No matter how much I tried not to sleep I still couldn't control it. My colleagues kept laughing and making fun of me anything they saw me sleeping on duty. Then one of my colleagues recommended well woman for me. And it has been a game changer. I no longer fall asleep while on duty. No feeling of tiredness both during shift and after shift. And oh, I sleep so well when I go to bed. Thus really has been a game changer
Tastes gross, but worked to rid my hot flashes!
Ok yes it tastes disgusting, so I mix it with some other yummy gummies to get them down.However, it immediately stopped my hot flashes and night sweats, so I'm going to continue taking these!!!
