The absorbency is great as it contains the leaking milk. Depending on your milk flow you can leave them in for the whole day. With the cheaper alternatives they do not feel as dry against the skin and also these do not tend to let the milk through to your bra. By comparison I had to change the cheaper brands 3-4 times in the day so for me these are more cost effective. The only time I have had leaks is if you are breastfeeding through the night on your side and your opposite nursing breast due to the nursing position let’s down to the side of the pad. Obviously it doesn’t hold as much milk when it’s angled to one side of the pad as the centre of the pad holds more. I have tried the washable bamboo pads previously as they are better for the environment but if you need to rely on something to definitely not leak through these are better. I had occasions with reusable ones where I leaked through and unless you can replace them throughout the day and store the saturated pad somewhere when out and about, it’s not convenient. As a second time mum I could not deal with the faff.The adhesive tape is much better than other brands as it offers two spots of adhesion and can be repositioned without losing tack if you make a mistake in positioning first time.Be careful to not fully extend the pad when opening up from its folded and position as I was a bit over zealous on first time use and split the seals either side. Due to the shape of the pad which is sealed, just ever so slightly to either side of the semi circle packed pad it fits the breast really well as it cups more than other cheaper pads which don’t have this design.The one thing I would state is if you want to utilise your let down milk you could use a milk collector ie Elvie catch. I only discovered this as a second time mum.

Really absorbent and comfortable and discreet. But the reasons I prefer Medela are: these ones are harder to open up. You have to pull the individual packets quite hard to tear them open whereas Medela have perforated wrappers. Once you're in, the pads are folded in half and sort of fused together so they take an extra bit of concentration to open up. These things really aren't a big deal but I'm sleep deprived and prefer things to be less fiddly.I don't know what the materials are but I also feel like Medela ones might be more natural. These ones also feel more floppy and don't hold in my bra as well (but admittedly I never use the sticky bits with any nursing pads because I don't expect it to stay stuck for long and I can't be bothered faffing about with the extra bits of paper.)On the plus side these are really absorbent and I can leave them in almost all day without leaking. They don't really feel wet at the end of the day. Come to think of it they might feel more dry than the Medela ones, that's a big plus.I'd definitely recommend getting some reusable ones for when your milk is more regulated, once baby is a few months old. These are great for strong let-down days. I also recommend the using a silicone suction breast pump like Haakaa or Elvie if you're new to breastfeeding and haven't heard of these. They collect the leaking milk from your other breast while you're nursing. Useful if you also bottle feed.

Die Stilleinlagen von Lansinoh sind die besten, die ich verwendet habe. Weder andere Einmalstilleinlagen, noch waschbare Stilleinlagen verschiedenster Hersteller, können da mithalten.Diese Stilleinlagen sind dünn und weich. Dadurch sind sie sehr angenehm zu tragen, denn man merkt sie überhaupt nicht.Außerdem zeichnen sie sich nur minimalst an der Kleidung ab. Da müsste jemand schon sehr genau auf diese Stelle schauen, um sie zu entdecken ;)Die Saugfähigkeit ist wohl kaum zu übertreffen. Gerade am Anfang der Stillzeit ist es mir oft passiert, dass die Milch ausgelaufen ist und das nicht zu wenig. Dennoch ist es kein einziges mal passiert, dass meine Kleidung nass geworden ist. Auch Nachts nicht, obwohl ich vor lauter Müdigkeit manchmal vergessen haben zu wechseln und die Einlagen so sogar 8 Stunden dicht gehalten haben.Die Klebestreifen um die Einlagen am BH fest zu kleben halten sehr gut.

He probado los de chicco, maternity y suavinex y desde luego me quedo con estos sin dudarlo. Llevan dos adhesivos en lugar de uno lo que hace que no se muevan nada. Además como son mucho más finos, no se notan nada con la ropa ni dan calor. Yo tengo mucha leche y absorben el exceso de maravilla sin olores ni sensación de humedad.Otra cosa que me gusta mucho, es que vienen plegados y en envases individuales pudiendo llevarlos en el bolso de forma higiénica y usarlos de uno en uno. Y que decir del precio!!! Para mi son los mejores y una excelente compra.
