After using it, I look like I’ve just had Botox??? My forehead feels firmer, softer and it actually makes a difference. The glue is gentle on the skin, stays in place overnight, and doesn’t cause any damage when you remove it in the morning.That said, keep in mind I’m 29, don’t have deep wrinkles or mimic lines, and have been getting Botox since I was 26. This product works more on muscle tension or that fatigue look you have.However, the smell is awful. I went to bed wearing these, and my husband asked if I forgot to take a bath. I found out it’s because they’re made from natural starches to help them stick to your skin. I asked it on tiktok and found out you can apply them with rose water or add a bit of essential oil once they’re dry to help. once it is dry the smell is not too horrible but it is still BAD. If you have a big forehead you will use a lot of patches so it might not be economical. I have a small forehead and I use 3 patches, one diamond and 2 triangles. I can tell you this works, but it is expensive.

The smell is interesting, if you told me I have have a dog chew stuck to my head I would believe you..the smell also lingers on your fingers. Once you get past that they aren't particularly hard to put on your skin, wet them and hold them in place.So yes, they are sticky, and sturdy, not sure they are any good. But probably haven't used them long enough to actually notice.Expensive for some smelly sticky paper

Liked the product, easy to apply. Did not notice any smell mentioned in other comments. Had a bit of a difficulty with removing it in the morning - however with a decent amount of soaking it was quite easy at the end.

DON'T BOTHER! These things are a waste of money. I didn't want botox for my 11 lines so decided to use these instead. Sure there are reviews saying how these make you look better in the morning. The first time trying these I was waking up with a smoother forehead and my lines appeared less. I was pretty happy. In a few hours though, they came back.....Prolonged use of frownies every night and sometimes during day have actually made my lines WORSE, not better. I followed the instructions and knew I was applying them correctly. I asked a beauty therapists opinion and she said the resistance created by the frownies on the muscles actually will strengthen the muscles because of the extra effort it takes to frown, and this builds the muscle up and make them larger. Think of it like abs. Also, forget it if you're a side sleeper or toss and turn in your sleep. Frownies just leave ugly red marks when the borders of the patch are, and they take a while to fade. Cutting them smaller, even taping around the edges did nothing and in the end I give up. These things may work short term, but do not use them long term because you might not be happy...

Pros - helps prevent frowning and squinting at night or during computer use, which in turn will maybe help prevent wrinkles and fine lines getting worse over time. Cons - when you take it off you are smoother in the frown line area, but within an hour the frown line is back. Also, when you use these regulary you will find that the constant application and removal of the strip will cause exfoliation of the skin in that area. Whilst exfoliation is not a bad thing, too much does make skin shiny and the skiny skin draws more attention to the frown area. I tried these for while and then gave up and had a small amount of botox instead, and wow, it got rid of the lines in 4 days and softened my forehead (baby's bum smooth). I will not be looking back. These strips will help stop you frowing during use, but will not relax the muscles down and soften the forehead area unfortunately. Save your money on this, and get some botox, because botox actually has countless clinical studies spanning decades to show its effectiveness. (Just make sure you go to a good doctor and don't over do it).

J ai essayé une autre marque dont les patch ressemblaient plutôt à du sparadrap trop souple, qui plus est, se décollaient en permanence... Avec Frownies le résultat est au rdv. De part leur matière plus rigide, ils adhèrent parfaitement à la peau, et maintiennent une tension sur le front, empêchant vraiment les plissements et permettant ainsi aux muscles de se détendre, idem pour la ride du lion, ce qui évidemment apportent un bénéfice durable dans le temps, puisque les muscles perdent l habitude de se contracter. Quant à l odeur que certains commentaires mentionnent, elle est vraiment légère et disparait une fois le patch collé! Rien de rédhibitoire.. Une méthode qui existe depuis longtemps et a fait ses preuves!!

Review after 9 months

I've been testing these for 9 months now and think they're definitely worth it.It's like paper mache (does smell bad, I'll admit. I wet the adhesive with a q-tip to avoid getting it on my hands) but it holds up most nights keeping my brows still.I got them because I've always squinted against the light a lot when I first wake up or when driving or thinking and noticed the lines between my eyebrows were taking longer to go away once I relaxed, but I didn't have full wrinkles yet so my review is just for the wrinkle prevention side.After the first night trying them I noticed my eyebrows weren't as quick to furrow for the first couple hours after waking up, but then it was back to normal movement. After a week or two of use I noticed I wasn't scrunching my eyebrows enough to crease when it was bright in the car later in the day anymore. It kind of just makes your muscles less readily reactive over time. Even looking in the mirror and trying to move my brows together takes slightly more of a conscious effort at this point. It only wears off for me after around 3 days now, so I only have to wear one once every couple nights for maintenance. If your someone who keeps catching yourself furrowing your brow subconsciously and can't help it, this really reduced the movement for me.

These patches really are solid. don't peel off and really do not move once stuck on. ive noticed a slight difference in a short time of using them so if you are looking at using them for wrinkles then I would say definitely give these a go! however, I used these initially to see if they would reduce my tension in my forehead as I have chronic migraines and they def help with that too! only thing I dont like is the smell they have once they are wet. it can be a little overwhelming at first but you get use to it.
