I am obsessed with this book. The layout is great, I love that it alternates between describing the changes in fashion in a certain period and following it by plenty of examples from the institute’s collection. Feeling so inspired by the garments in this book. The information doesn’t cover all points but is a great insight to those new to 18th-19th century fashion in particular.

I’m in love with this book! ❤️It oozes class. It’s not a large book but it’s lovely with a substantial weight to it. The cover, book cover and pages are beautiful quality. I was so pleased when I saw it. It has arrived four days earlier than expected.
